Project Development Using the FEL Methodology

The use of the FEL (Front-End Loading) methodology enables successful project management. We work with the methodologies and knowledge areas of PMBOK, and we also apply agility in project development processes. The Project Management division is divided into Construction and other specialties area, and Mining and large investment projects area. For large investment projects, we use the FEL methodology to support decision-making, developed based on Conceptual Engineering, Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Risk Workshop, Constructability Workshop, Cost and Schedule Development, and Preparation of project management documents and/or portfolio.
